Privacy Policy
Effective August 3, 2026. This explains what information NanoForce Technologies, LLC collects from website visitors and clients, how it's used, and how it's protected.
Who we are
NanoForce Technologies, LLC ("NanoForce," "we," "us," or "our") is based in Morehead, Kentucky, and provides documentation audit, reconciliation, maintenance-agreement tracking, and inbound call handling systems to restoration and HVAC businesses in the United States. This policy covers nanoforcetech.com and the services we deliver to clients.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
Information you provide directly. When you book a discovery call, fill out a contact form, or email us, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything else you choose to share about your business.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use standard analytics tools to see which pages get visited, how long people stay, and what device or browser they're using. This is aggregate, not tied to a name unless you've also submitted a form.
Information from our services. If you become a client, we work with the business records you give us access to, such as claim files, invoices, job costs, maintenance schedules, and call logs, solely to perform the audit, reconciliation, tracking, or call-handling work you've engaged us for. We do not collect insurance policy numbers, claim payout details, or financial account credentials as part of the website itself, and we never submit or negotiate a claim directly with a carrier or adjuster.
How we use information
We use the information above to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct discovery calls, deliver the services a client has engaged us for, improve the website, and send occasional updates relevant to a client relationship. We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not use client claim or financial data for any purpose beyond the engagement it was provided for.
Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party tools to run this site and our business, including Cal.com for scheduling discovery calls, standard email and business software, and website analytics. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and only to the extent needed to provide their service to us.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to respond to an inquiry, maintain a client relationship, or meet a legal or contractual obligation. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information in our care, though no system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to any records we're required to keep for legal or contractual reasons. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
Children's privacy
This site and our services are intended for business use by adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We'll update the effective date above if this policy changes in any meaningful way. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
