Loretta Joins Claims-to-Cash: Evidence and Language Reviewed Before Submission

A restoration file contains the records of the job and the words used to explain them. Those two things need to agree.

A photograph may show the work clearly while a note contradicts the equipment log. An estimate line may have supporting records, but the written explanation may be vague or subjective. These are problems worth finding while your team can still check the facts and correct the file.

Loretta Compliance adds language review to NanoForce’s Claims-to-Cash service.

What Loretta adds

Loretta is forensic auditing technology created by Andrew Stevens, President of NanoForce Technologies and creator of Loretta Compliance.

Its structured review examines claim language against supporting records. The Lexicon Shield language layer flags subjective or argumentative phrasing and supports neutral, evidence-based descriptions.

The purpose is to help your team identify statements that need checking before the file leaves your office. Your team still verifies the facts and decides what belongs in the submission.

How the review fits together

Claims-to-Cash reviews the contractor-prepared file for missing documentation, unsupported scope, potentially missed billable work, contradictions, and carrier-specific reduction triggers.

NanoForce’s carrier intelligence resource includes 215+ carrier profiles. It informs the review with recorded documentation concerns and observed reduction patterns. It does not establish carrier approval or predict a payment decision.

Loretta adds examination of how the work and evidence are described. The findings come back together so your team can work through the gaps.

Your team makes the corrections. NanoForce rechecks the corrected file and returns a Submit, Hold, or Fix documentation-readiness finding. Your team makes the submission decision.

Why this matters to an owner

Labor, equipment, and materials have already cost money by the time a file is ready for review. Completed work that never reaches the estimate, or reaches it without support, can leave a gap between the job and the submission.

Clear documentation also gives a customer or reviewer a firmer record to assess. It shows what your team observed, what it did, and the records behind the charges.

Better documentation cannot decide a carrier’s response. It can give your team a clearer view of its own file before submission.

The contractor stays in control

Your team builds the file, verifies the facts, makes corrections, submits, and handles carrier communications, negotiations, and collection.

NanoForce does not contact carriers, adjusters, or TPAs, represent insureds, interpret coverage, or act as a public adjuster. Its findings are documentation review, not coverage determinations or payment approvals.

The monthly service also tracks active enrolled files and includes the documentation-based rebuttal packages described on the pricing page. Your team sends those packages.

Send a short inquiry.

Mark reads these personally. No sequence, no sales follow-up you didn't ask for. This form is an inquiry, not a file submission. If a file would help, transfer instructions will follow after we establish the engagement requirements. Please do not send files, policyholder names, addresses or claim numbers through it.

Your inquiry goes to our form provider (Netlify) and is read by Mark. He replies once to the address you give. You are not added to a sales sequence. See the Privacy Policy. Please do not include claim details or policyholder information.

Look at the file before it goes out.

If the same documentation questions or reductions keep returning, start with how your team builds and reviews the file.

A Margin Leakage Consult is a 30-minute conversation about that process, where gaps appear, and whether Claims-to-Cash fits your company. A file or file example is optional.
