NanoForce is a narrow tool built for one job: catching documentation-to-payout gaps before a claim file reaches the carrier. It's not a platform replacement, a negotiator, or a guarantee. Read this before you book a call, not after.
One real file: a corrected estimate moved from $41,206 to $58,940 before submission. See the audited file.
A Submit, Hold, or Fix decision on every file, before it goes out.
Pass One runs the file against a carrier-specific reduction and denial database and flags every documentation gap, with a severity level and the dollar amount at risk. Pass Two confirms the corrections held. Then you decide: Submit, Hold for more documentation, or Fix a specific gap first. Nothing moves to a carrier without that decision made on your side.
What NanoForce doesn't do.
Said plainly, because the objection is usually right underneath the question.
NanoForce never contacts an adjuster, a TPA, or a carrier on your behalf. You submit the file, under your own name, on your own timeline.
No calls to adjusters, no settlement conversations, no representation of any kind. The file goes out clean; what happens after submission is between you and the carrier.
A corrected file is a stronger file, not a paid one. Carriers still make their own decisions. NanoForce closes documentation gaps; it doesn't promise an outcome.
Xactimate stays your estimating system. Encircle stays your field documentation system. NanoForce reads what those systems already produced and checks it against what carriers actually reject.
The audit works from what you send: the Xactimate estimate, the Encircle export, the carrier and claim number. No file, no audit. There's no login to check instead.
Rebuttal work after a carrier cut happens under a signed engagement, not as a one-off favor. Prevention before submission is the model, not disputes after.
Who this is for. Who it isn't.
| Profile | Not a fit | A fit |
|---|---|---|
| Location count | Single location | 1–20 locations |
| Annual revenue | Under $1M | $1M and up |
| File access | Won't share Xactimate/Encircle files | Willing to send the file package per claim |
| What you're solving for | A negotiator or a carrier advocate | A documentation gap caught before submission |
| Expectation on outcome | A guaranteed recovery number | A stronger file, corrected before it goes out |
The file gets fixed before the fight starts, not after.
Some tools in this space go after the carrier once a claim is already denied or cut. NanoForce works the other end of the file: the documentation gaps that give a carrier a reduction trigger in the first place, closed before the file ever reaches an adjuster's desk. Less to fight about later.
Fit questions, answered directly.
Does NanoForce touch carriers or negotiate on my behalf?
No. NanoForce reviews documentation against carrier-specific reduction and denial patterns before submission. It doesn't contact carriers, negotiate settlements, or represent you in a dispute.
Does NanoForce guarantee recovery?
No. NanoForce identifies documentation gaps and flags files as Submit, Hold, or Fix before they go out. The performance fee applies only to confirmed recovery on files NanoForce reviewed; nothing is owed on a file that doesn't recover.
Do I need to replace Xactimate, Encircle, or QuickBooks to use NanoForce?
No. NanoForce runs against the systems you already use rather than replacing them. It reads what those platforms already produced and checks it for the gaps that cost recovery.
Who is NanoForce not a fit for?
Single-location companies, companies under $1M in annual revenue, and companies unwilling to share claim files and job documentation are not a fit.
