FAQ

What restoration owners actually ask before signing.

Pulled from real calls and emails, not a generic list. If your question isn't here, it goes straight to Mark.

Do we need to replace Xactimate, Encircle, or QuickBooks?

No. NanoForce doesn't replace your estimating platform, your field documentation system, or your accounting software. It reads what those systems already produced, the Xactimate estimate, the Encircle export, the job cost record, and checks it against carrier-specific reduction and denial patterns before submission.

What files do you actually need from us?

Three things, minimum: the final Xactimate estimate as a PDF, the full Encircle export (photos with GPS timestamps, the Hydro Report with room-by-room psychrometric data, equipment placement logs, and moisture readings showing the full drying progression), and the carrier name plus claim number. If you have the declarations page, prior carrier correspondence, adjuster contact information, or technician notes, send those too. The more complete the package, the faster and more accurate the audit.

How do you handle our files and data?

Files are used for the audit only. NanoForce never contacts your carrier, never submits anything on your behalf, and never represents you in any capacity. You receive the findings, you make the corrections, and you own the submission from start to finish.

What happens if our documentation is already inconsistent?

That's exactly what Pass One is built to catch. Every gap between the estimate, the moisture logs, the photos, and the Encircle data gets flagged with a severity level, the dollar amount at risk, and the exact corrective action. The findings report is a correction guide, not a list of problems. Your team works through it top to bottom, then Pass Two confirms the fixes held.

What does this cost?

Founding Six pricing is locked by location count: a one-time setup fee that scales from $5,000 at 1–4 locations to $24,000 at 17–20 locations, a flat $2,000/month base across every tier, and a 10% performance fee on confirmed recovery only. No discounts, no exceptions. Full breakdown on the pricing page.

How long does the audit take?

NanoForce begins the audit within 24 hours of receiving a complete file. Pass One returns a findings report with every flag and the exact language to fix it. Your team makes the corrections and sends the file back. Pass Two confirms every flag is resolved and issues a one-page confirmation that goes with the file when you submit.

Does this put our carrier relationships at risk?

No. NanoForce never contacts an adjuster, a TPA, or a carrier directly, and never submits a file. You submit under your own name, on your own timeline, using your own judgment about what's ready to go. NanoForce's role ends at the Pass Two confirmation.

Do you cover every trade, water, fire, mold, asbestos, reconstruction?

Yes. NanoForce audits restoration and reconstruction files across water, fire, smoke, mold, roofing, and asbestos abatement and reconstruction.
