Mark has spent more than 35 years building and fixing operational systems across IT, construction, and restoration, including serving as Director of Internet Technologies at Flashpoint before founding NanoForce Technologies. He's not coming at this as a pure 'software' guy — he's worked inside real jobs where scopes, crews, documentation, and dollars have to line up on site and in the books.
In the restoration world, Mark has been down in the weeds with water mitigation, emergency response, and job documentation, watching how margin disappears between what the crew did, what the estimate says, and what the carrier pays. That experience is what drove him to design contractor-side systems that make claims, reconciliation, maintenance, and inbound response behave like a single operating model instead of a stack of disconnected tools.
